Health Insurance Counseling - HICAP
 Experienced volunteer counselors will answer your insurance-related questions and assist you with the application process. 
 Free service offered by HICAP.
1st and 3rd Tuesdays; 2nd and 4th Wednesdays.

Legal Assistance

Veterans Benefits Counseling
Riverside County Department of Veterans Services has representatives at Mizell to assist with filing claims, answer questions, and make appropriate referrals. 
2nd Thursday of the month, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
